This is a "tall" 9" vanilla bean flavoured cake which serves approximately 44-48 people. This cake is approximately 8 inch tall with another 2-3 inches of orange flavoured jelly on top of the cake to resemble pond water. The cake colour is a gradual turquoise colour that lightens as it gets closer to the top. It is also decorated with some water lilies and lily buds on the jelly.
